I am thrilled about leading the Alternative Education sites in TUSD!

I am the Principal for Duncan-Russell, Stein High and Willow Community Day School.  I come to serve you with 20+ years of experience working with youths from a wide variety of populations.  I am committed to student strength-based focused teaching and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment and making a difference in students’ lives.

STUDENT MEALS

TUSD is distributing free lunch and breakfast to all students between the ages of 2 and 18 years old, and to our students enrolled in the Young Adult Program.

Drive through locations are available 11:30am to 12:30pm weekdays and are listed here:

Central Elementary School 11:30 am-12:30 pm
North Elementary School 11:30 am-12:30 pm
SouthWest Elementary School 11:30 am-12:30 pm
West High School 11:30 am-12:30 pm
Williams Middle School 11:30 am-12:30 pm

 

RAPTOR VISITOR SYSTEM

Tracy Unified is pleased to announce that we will begin using the Raptor Visitor Management System in all of our schools to strengthen our campus safety for students and faculty.

All visitors will be asked to present an ID such as a driver's license and it will be scanned into the Raptor system.

CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

For information regarding the Coronavirus, please Visit our "Coronavirus Information Page".

As a reminder, if your child is sick, please keep them home from school. To help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including the coronavirus and flu, follow these important tips:

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

Avoid close contact with people who are sick

Stay home when you are sick

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Individuals with chronic health issues and/or individuals experiencing severe symptoms should be evaluated by a medical professional

Get vaccinated every year

The purpose of our Census outreach is to educate, motivate, and activate students, parents, and families to engage in the 2020 Census.

2020-2021 LCAP STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

The TUSD LCAP is our Local Control Accountability Plan to support student outcomes and is an important component of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). Under the LCFF, all Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) including school districts, county offices of education (COEs), and charter schools are required to prepare an LCAP, which describes how we intend to meet annual goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities identified.
